Every wall is different, so our pricing depends on the type of material, wall prep, and the size of your project.
We price by the square foot, based on wall conditions and material type.
Most projects fall between $4–$8 per square foot: smoother walls and standard wallpaper on the lower end, specialty materials on the higher end.

Installation price depends on these three factors:
Preparation
Smooth, clean walls make installation easier and faster. If old wallpaper needs removal or the surface needs patching or priming, it adds some prep time and cost. Plus it takes time to start and finish project.

Wallpaper Type
Different materials install differently: vinyl and standard papers are straightforward, while grasscloth, murals, and textured or handmade papers take more care and time.

Layout
High ceilings, uneven corners, wrap-arounds, or built-ins require extra precision and time; more detail means more labor per square foot.
For example, installing four rolls of House of Hackney paper across the 200 square feet of wall space in UES pre-war building is a specialized job. Given the complexity of the large patterns, 10 ft ceilings, and the uneven nature of the pre-war construction, we factor in a 20% surcharge for the labor required. Adding start / finish costs (paper work, materials, planning, clean up), the installation fee will land somewhere between $1,800 and $2,200. This will give you high-end finish that respects the cost and quality of your designer material. This job will take 8-12 hours of labor and can be finished in one day for your convenience.
